All sales of web design kits from Business On A Budget are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

2. Why No Refunds?

Our web design kits are digital downloads, meaning they are accessible immediately after purchase.
Once downloaded, the product cannot be “returned” as it is electronically delivered.
We provide detailed product descriptions and previews to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing before buying.

3. Exceptions (At Our Discretion)

In rare cases, we may consider a refund only if:

There was a technical error on our side (e.g., failed download due to server issues).
The product received is significantly different from what was advertised.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of the issue.
